Thank you for shopping with Solura. We are committed to ensuring your jewellery reaches you safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.


1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • During high-demand periods (collection launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

3.  Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

    • Ireland & UK: 2-5 business days

    • Europe: 5–7 business days

    • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note: these are estimated timeframes. Delays may occur due to customs or external courier factors.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Solura is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update once your parcel has been dispatched.


6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@soluragems.com with your order number.

  • We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.

  • Solura cannot be held liable for delays outside our control (e.g., customs, courier strikes, natural events).


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship worldwide 🌍.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
