1. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- During high-demand periods (collection launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Ireland: 2-3 business days
- UK: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Please note: these are estimated timeframes. Delays may occur due to customs or external courier factors.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Solura is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update once your parcel has been dispatched.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@soluragems.com with your order number.
- We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.
- Solura cannot be held liable for delays outside our control (e.g., customs, courier strikes, natural events).
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship worldwide 🌍.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
