We hope you love your Solura jewellery - each piece is crafted with care and designed to shine with you through every golden hour. If, however, you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


🌞 Returns

  • You may return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • To start a return, please contact us at info@soluragems.com with your order number.
  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your jewellery back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

🌙 Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

💎 Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🛡 Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/Final Sale items
